Challenges

Introducing the FEI World Cup Finals to the Middle East for the first time presented a unique challenge of balancing local appeal with global prestige. While the core target audience was equestrian enthusiasts, expanding the appeal to non-traditional fans and the broader Saudi public was essential. Creating tailored social media content that resonated with the local audience while maintaining international relevance was another crucial aspect of the marketing strategy.

Creative Design

TajreedPro’s design team developed a visually striking Key Visual (KV) that represented the grandeur and tradition of the sport, with a modern touch that would resonate with a global audience. The KV was applied across all event branding, from venue dressing to social media content.

Event Dressing

Banners, signage, and digital screens were designed to match the KV, transforming the venue into a visually cohesive space that reflected the event’s elite status.

Branded photo zones and fan engagement areas were set up to encourage social sharing, further amplifying the event’s reach.

Message Development

The slogan development process involved workshops with multi-national participants to ensure global relevance and cultural sensitivity. The final slogans chosen were

“Riyadh welcomes the World Riders”

Social Media Strategy

Real-time updates on event proceedings, including athlete highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive features like polls and Q&A sessions.

Localized Arabic Content to increase engagement in the Arab-speaking world, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals of promoting sports and cultural heritage.

Live streams, countdowns, and influencer collaborations to keep fans engaged and promote participation across diverse audience segments.
